. General acute care organization/hospital is seeking strong Director of Patient Access/Patient Registration. BS degree preferred or strong Patient Access Director exp. of at least 6+ years as Director. Strong client relationship and communication skills, ability to successfully integrate both client and Conifer values. Must have experience leading a team and dept., hiring, firing, etc. Identify data required to support performance improvements and analyze for trending and building of improvement measures. Project management Ability to identify performance gaps and effectively lead change to address. Directly mentors and manages staff to affect superior performance. Proactively manages budget to ensure profitability Stays current and proactive in new regulations to ensure highest level of compliance in the department. Extensive knowledge of full revenue cycle. Delegates work in order to drive the highest level of efficiency both internal and external Ability to take on all levels of projects/initiatives and analyze for impact in order to implement without degradation to performance with minimal direction needed
