Department: School of International Service Time Type: Part time FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Job Description: The SIS Hub is seeking to hire Faculty Services and Facilities Assistants for the 2025-2026 academic year. This position requires a Federal Work Study (FWS) award for the 2025-2026 academic year. Summary: The SIS Hub is seeking to hire Faculty Services and Facilities Assistants for the 2025-2026 academic year. This position requires a Federal Work Study (FWS) award for the 2025-2026 academic year. Responsibilities: Serve as first point of contact for faculty, staff, student, and external group inquiries via email and phone. Coordinate and facilitate setup logistics for events in SIS Founders, Atrium, and SIS 300. Report maintenance requests to 2Fix. Assist with faculty office moves. Track supply inventory via weekly checklist. Provide general administrative support (copying, faxing, scanning, mail distribution, etc.). Other duties as assigned. Position Type/Expected Hours Of Work: Part-Time. 10 hours per week. Salary Range: $17.95- $18.20 per hour. Required Education and Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to work in a team environment. Ability to work in multicultural environments. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word. Customer Service focus is essential. Preferred Education and Experience: Previous experience working in an AU campus office. Experience using Lotus Notes.
