Human Resources Business Partner Intern
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Business Partner Intern to join our team. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting HR initiatives, employee engagement, and organizational development strategies. You'll work closely with HR professionals to support a wide range of functions within the department. This is an unpaid internship. Essential Responsibilities: Provide support to the HR Business Partners on special projects as they are identified. Research for compliance and HR best practices. Audit personnel files to ensure compliance with Federal, State and licensing regulations. Collaborate with HR sub-teams to produce and promote engagement initiatives and informational resources. Assist HR business partners with developing and updating job descriptions and training materials. Participate in Agency work groups and/or committees as assigned. Shadow different sub-teams in HR to gain a better understanding of the entire human resources function in a non-profit setting. Qualifications: Working towards a Bachelor's in Human Resources or related field from an Accredited College or University Computer proficiency and organizational skills Ability to handle confidential information Valid driver's license and reliable transportation To learn more about this internship, please submit your application.
