Medical Technologist / Medical Laboratory Technician - Night Shift
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) to join the night shift team at a reputable hospital in Brockton, MA. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently and making a direct impact on patient care during the overnight hours. Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of laboratory tests and procedures across multiple departments (Chemistry, Hematology, Blood Bank, Microbiology, etc.) Operate and maintain laboratory instrumentation and equipment Accurately analyze and report test results in a timely manner Ensure compliance with all hospital, state, and federal guidelines Maintain quality control standards and participate in proficiency testing Communicate effectively with nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals Requirements:
Associate's or Bachelors degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related field ASCP or AMT certification (or eligible) At least 1 year of generalist lab experience preferred (new grads encouraged to apply) Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Flexibility to work occasional holidays and weekends as needed Benefits:
