Manager - Client Integrations
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on integration projectsmanaging expectations, timelines, deliverables, and communication. Lead Boomi integration projects from discovery through deployment, ensuring all technical solutions align with business requirements. Manage a team of Boomi developers, overseeing task assignment, progress tracking, quality assurance, and performance reviews. Plan and manage Agile project workflows using Jira: o Organize and run daily standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives o Monitor sprint velocity and adjust plans as needed Coordinate with cross-functional internal teams to resolve blockers and meet project deadlines. Conduct and lead client workshops, technical discovery sessions, and UAT handoffs. Track and manage integration-related issues, enhancements, and incidentsensuring timely resolution and communication with clients. Own and manage the release management process for integration deployments, including environment coordination, approvals, and documentation. Document requirements, process flows, technical mappings, and integration architecture for each client engagement. Ensure that all projects meet internal/external SLAs and compliance standards. Lead continuous improvement efforts for integration delivery, team collaboration, and client engagement. Other duties as assigned. Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods. May require occasional travel to client sites or other Crane locations. Able to lift up to 25 lbs. if necessary (e.g., for hardware setup or relocation). Must be a player/coach: able to lead a team while also providing architectural guidance and technical troubleshooting when needed. 5+ years of ETL development or project management experience (Boomi, Informatica, Talend, Sterling Integrator preferred; Boomi strongly preferred). Proficient with Web APIs and services (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML) to enable real-time integrations In-depth knowledge of relational databases and SQL scripting (T-SQL, DDL/DML; SQL Server preferred). Familiar with scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Ruby for data transformation or automation tasks. Exposure to freight forwarding or warehouse management systems is a plus. Experience or exposure to the Microsoft Development Stack is beneficial. Strong written and verbal communication skills, both technical and business-oriented. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and perform under tight deadlines. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent work experience accepted. Strong preference for candidates with ongoing training, certifications, or professional development. 3+ years leading technical cross-functional Agile teams. 5+ years of hands-on system integration or relevant business/technical experience. 3+ years of managing and growing a team focused on enterprise integrations. Prior experience with integration tools such as Boomi, IBM Sterling Integrator, Informatica, Talend, or MuleSoft. Solid experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
