Mid-Market Account Manager

As a Mid-Market Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in increased adoption, driving growth and strengthening relationships within our mid-market customer base. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients maximize their use of Agiloft solutions to achieve their business objectives. Account Expansion & Revenue Growth Develop and execute strategic account expansion plans to increase revenue and market share within existing mid-market accounts Identify and act on upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the customer base to drive growth Manage renewals to ensure long-term client retention and revenue stability Confidently articulate the value of Agiloft solutions and leverage resources to win opportunities Client Relationship Management Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including individual contributors to senior-level and C-level executives Act as a trusted advisor by understanding clients business challenges and aligning Agilofts capabilities with their goals Collaborate with sales leadership and internal teams to develop and deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs Conduct regular business reviews to assess customer satisfaction, address challenges, and ensure alignment with clients evolving needs Sales Strategy and Execution Leverage data and market insights to inform sales strategies, identify new opportunities, and anticipate client needs Manage the end-to-end sales cycle for account expansion, from opportunity identification to closure Develop and execute close plans to ensure timely and successful deal execution Maintain accurate records of account activities, opportunities, and sales forecasts in Salesforce Provide regular updates to sales leadership on progress and account strategies Customer Insights & Collaboration Work closely with clients to understand their evolving business requirements and provide feedback to internal teams to help shape our product and service roadmap Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of the team and Account Management organization Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in SaaS sales, with a preference for experience in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) or related systems Proven ability to create and implement account strategies and manage complex Cloud software/SaaS sales cycles Expertise in value selling, upselling, and cross-selling techniques that drive revenue growth Strong negotiation skills within complex sales processes Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including senior and C-level executives Outstanding problem-solving skills, with the ability to address business requirements with technical solutions Highly organized and detail-oriented Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and web conferencing tools Willingness to travel (up to 40%) Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Salesforce Familiarity with mid-market software and contract management systems Background in conducting customer demonstrations and proof of concepts Ensuring a diverse and inclusive workplace is our priority.
