Procurement Representative

You will be the Procurement Representative for the Apache Fire Control program team. Our team is responsible for managing non-major subcontract efforts, purchasing and material activities, and ensuring on-time deliveries that meet program performance, schedule, and cost requirements. As the Procurement Representative, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing procurement efforts, including subcontract management, financial controls, and material management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and adherence to policies and procedures. MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance. Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree Detail and teamwork oriented with demonstrated organizational skills Demonstrated communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation) Computer experience including Word, Excel and PowerPoint Ability to travel Self-motivated, demonstrated sense of urgency, ownership of tasks and accountable Work independently and in a team environment Must be able to obtain Secret Clearance Desired Skills

Working knowledge of Materials requirements planning (MRP) systems and processes. Experience with the procurement of specialized materials, complex assemblies, and equipment within Defense industry Working knowledge of FAR/DFAR requirements Working knowledge of standard contract types Business acumen and ability to make business based decisions Demonstrated ability to lead a team Ability to work with all levels of management This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
