Procurement Representative Senior
You will be the Procurement Representative Senior for the Apache Fire Control program team. Our team is responsible for managing non-major subcontract efforts, purchasing and material activities, and ensuring on-time deliveries that meet program performance, schedule, and cost requirements. As the Procurement Representative Senior, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing procurement efforts, including subcontract management, financial controls, and material management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and adherence to policies and procedures. Must be a U.S. citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance. Basic qualifications: Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 6 years of professional experience; or 4 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Detail and teamwork oriented with demonstrated organizational skills Demonstrated communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation) Computer experience including Word, Excel and PowerPoint Ability to travel Ability to work with all levels of management Self-motivated, demonstrated sense of urgency, ownership of tasks and accountable Work independently and in a team environment Must be able to obtain Secret Clearance Desired skills: Working knowledge of Materials requirements planning (MRP) systems and processes. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
