We are seeking a detail-oriented and persuasive Proposal Writer to join our team. The Proposal Writer will be responsible for crafting high-quality proposals and RFP (Request for Proposal) responses that highlight our capabilities, services, and competitive advantages. This role plays a key part in winning new business and maintaining long-term client relationships by creating compelling, customized documents that align with each prospect's needs. Key Responsibilities:

Help maintain sales databases, register our company with large employers, write technical procedures for the company when not working on large technical bids. Analyze RFPs, RFQs, and bid documents to determine submission requirements and strategic approach. Write clear, concise, and persuasive content for proposals, bids, and other sales documents. Collaborate with sales, operations, and management teams to gather accurate technical and service information. Customize boilerplate content and ensure proposal consistency in style, format, tone, and messaging. Develop executive summaries, scopes of work, pricing justifications, and service delivery models. Manage proposal schedules, deadlines, and compliance checklists. Maintain a library of templates, past proposals, resumes, and standard content for reuse. Support marketing and business development initiatives with written content (e.g., case studies, capability statements). Ensure all proposals are aligned with EC standards and present a professional, polished image. Qualifications:

Technical writing skills. Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred). Experience in proposal writing, ideally in B2B or service industries (experience in janitorial or facilities services is a plus). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Adobe Acrobat and proposal tools. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Competitive salary and commissions program: Starting salary based on industry experience, education, and other relevant qualifications. Earnings expectations $75,000+ annually.
