Product Design And R&D Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Design and Process Improvement Engineer with a strong background in mechanical engineering, product development, and hands-on shop work. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating innovative products, improving manufacturing processes, and working with technologies such as sewing and RF sealing. Proficiency in CAD software is a plus. Required: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. (may consider non-degreed if the candidate has sufficient experience) Proven experience in product design and process improvement within a manufacturing environment. Proficient in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks). Hands-on experience with sewing and RF sealing technologies is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively. Excellent project management and organizational abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus. Experience in prototyping and hands-on shop work.
