Support the development and alignment of enterprise architectures, ensuring system capabilities, features, and services comply with mission requirements and applicable agreements.

Provide technical and strategic support to DoD/IC acquisition, requirements, and PPBES processes.

Collaborate on the integration of capabilities across government, commercial, and foreign partners to ensure compliance with architecture and data-sharing standards.

Prepare and deliver analytical presentations and briefings for senior leadership, including program management reviews and stakeholder meetings.

Assist in the oversight of program development activities, including: CONOPS development

Technology roadmap planning

Requirements definition and allocation

Cross-segment/interface alignment

Verification, validation, and transition to operations

Participate in Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs) and technical reviews to evaluate integration issues and technology readiness.

Provide input on lifecycle decisions including deployment, operations, and retirement planning.

Support system engineering lifecycle activities including decomposition, allocation, and validation across programs and segments.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Systems Engineering or a related STEM field such as Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Engineering Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems.

Experience with systems engineering of large, complex System of Systems (SoS) or Service-Oriented Architectures (SOA) in cloud, on-premise, or hybrid environments.

Demonstrated experience supporting capability integration across multi-agency and multinational environments.

Familiarity with government acquisition and requirements processes, including PPBES.

Strong understanding of systems engineering lifecycle, technical planning, and enterprise-level oversight.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and senior leadership stakeholders.

Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph eligibility required.
