Read blueprints and follow specifications to create precise products. Measure, cut, and shape metal materials using tools like saws and plasma cutters. Perform light preventative maintenance and wiring tasks. Inspect welds and components to ensure they meet quality standards. Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and exceed expectations. What We're Looking For: General mechanical aptitude and a passion for welding and fabrication. Basic understanding of tools, equipment, and safety procedures. Willingness to learn, grow, and take ownership of your work. Ability to read and follow blueprints or technical instructions is a plus.
