You'll do the best work of your career right here at Comcast. Job Summary: The Global Design team is a part of our larger Global Technology and Product organization. This team plays an integral role in exploring, delivering, and overseeing all aspects of the product-experience that millions of customers, across the world, interact with every day. As a UX Strategy Manager for the Connected Experiences team working on the Xfinity App, you'll be responsible for defining and implementing user-centered design strategies that align with business goals, leverage user research and data, while ensuring collaboration and alignment across stakeholders and products. You'll manage and mentor a small team of UX designers as you oversee the entire user journey and experience at a strategic level. This role requires the ability to operate both at a high level influencing the larger strategy and product direction, while also balancing the working partnerships with designers to execute and create tangible design solutions set by the strategy. Responsibilities include: Manage a team on the day-to-day, provide feedback, guidance, and critique work Develop actionable design artifacts such as wireframes, prototypes and process flows to visualize strategic goals Present strategy briefs to stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment on UX and business objectives Partner across design, content, product, engineering, and research Engaging and facilitating discussions and design workshops locally & globally Ensure that solutions are scalable, accessible and aligned with both user expectations and technical feasibility Think holistically across the app and surrounding experiences to ensure consistency & quality in the overall aesthetic and brand design Fostering a culture of authentic curiosity, improvement through innovation, and tireless collaboration Leading, mentoring, and growing a high-performing team of designers, providing guidance alongside ultra-clear direction and vision Requirements: Experience building relationships with internal and external partners Experience managing and leading a team of multidisciplinary designers A diverse portfolio of mobile or web-applications, with an ideal focus on native-experiences in technology or startup environments Efficiencies in Figma, Keynote & Power-point, and any AI-related applications Excellent written, verbal communication skills (Must be able to present to executive leadership) Experience working within a large engineering, product, and design organization Skills: Collaboration, Innovation, Leadership, Relationship Building, Technical Knowledge, User Experience (UX)
