Responsibilities
•Follow up and nurture warm leads that have raised their hand to indicate pending actions that often result in a real estate transaction. •Participate in ongoing training for the development of technical and sales skills. •Willingness to stay engaged in proven processes that provide tangible results. •Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers •Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home •Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction •Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close
Qualifications
•Must have a valid Real Estate License •Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills •Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry •1+ years of buyer's agent or relevant real estate experience •High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred •An established track record of successful real estate sales
