Data Center Technician
We're seeking an entry-level Data Center Technician to join our Data Center Operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their career in data center operations. You'll be responsible for maintaining the physical infrastructure of our GPU supercomputers, ensuring maximum uptime for our AI customers. This role requires quick response times to on-call requests and offers rapid growth opportunities for motivated individuals who demonstrate strong performance and initiative. Focus
Perform cable management tasks including reseating and swapping network, power, and data cables
Execute server tray swaps and hardware replacements following established procedures
Respond promptly to on-call requests, maintaining aggressive SLA requirements
Document all maintenance activities and hardware changes in tracking systems
Conduct visual inspections to identify potential hardware issues before they impact service
About You
High school diploma or equivalent required
Technical certifications or relevant coursework is a plus
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical procedures precisely
Excellent time management skills with ability to respond quickly to urgent requests
Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in datacenter environments
Nice to Haves
Previous experience in IT support, computer repair, or electronics
Familiarity with datacenter equipment and infrastructure
Experience with ticketing systems and documentation tools
Basic networking knowledge (understanding of cables types, connections)
Experience working in fast-paced technical environments
