The Senior Manager, Real Estate

Tenant Leasing, plays a key role in driving business growth for Walmart's Tenant Leasing team. This role is responsible for managing a business portfolio with a strong emphasis on business development. The Senior Manager will proactively identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities while building and nurturing strong relationships with tenants. As the primary liaison between tenants and Walmart, this role ensures effective communication and collaboration to support long-term success. The Senior Manager will negotiate property uses, ensure compliance with lease terms, and manage tenant accounts. This position specifically supports the Southeast Business Unit (SE BU), working closely with internal and external partners to advance strategic business objectives, oversee deal negotiations, and ensure compliance to uphold Walmart's reputation and enhance the customer experience. What You'll Do

Lead business development initiatives to grow and expand the tenant leasing portfolio. Manage and optimize a portfolio of tenant relationships and business opportunities. Negotiate property uses and lease terms to maximize value and minimize risk. Ensure compliance with all lease agreements and company policies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to support business unit goals. Conduct market analysis and research to inform business strategy and identify emerging trends. Promote Walmart's brand and enhance the overall customer experience. Prepare and present reports, proposals, and recommendations to senior leadership. What You'll Bring... Commitment to company values, ethics, and continuous improvement. A Juris Doctorate or degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred. Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field and 3 years' experience in architecture, construction management, engineering, or related area OR 5 years' experience in architecture, construction management, engineering, or related area.
