Ops Employment Security Rep II

Your specific responsibilities include: Identifying potential issues that can affect an individual's entitlement to benefits. Ensuring that the workload is coordinated to maximize the issuance of first payments. Answering inquiries from claimants, employers, and other interested parties. Analyzing requests for reconsideration from initial determinations. Required knowledge, skills, and abilities include: Knowledge of the methods of data collection and analysis. Ability to collect, evaluate, and analyze data to develop alternative recommendations. Ability to organize data into logical format for presentation. Ability to conduct fact-finding research. Ability to utilize problem-solving techniques. Ability to understand and apply applicable rules, policies, and procedures. Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate work assignments. Ability to effectively communicate through various methods. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships. Qualifications include: A Level 2 security background screening is required. Pay: $20.70/hour. The work you will do involves providing quality customer service, reviewing claimant and employer information, and applying laws and policies to determine the eligibility of reemployment assistance claims.
