At Commify, we're dedicated to fostering a strong culture of connection. We are now seeking an enthusiastic and driven Business Development Representative to become a valuable member of our US team. This role will sit within Text Request. As a part of the global Commify Group, Text Request is in a high-growth phase and are now looking for individuals who are passionate about helping businesses connect with their customers in meaningful ways. In this exciting role, you will take charge of generating fresh sales opportunities, with a keen emphasis on acquiring new accounts. What You'll Do: Engage in dynamic outbound client prospecting through a high volume of daily desk-based activities, including calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, and various other channels. Work with the Account Executive team to identify target accounts and prospects. Connect with and assess potential clients, guaranteeing a smooth transition to the Account Executive through our CRM (HubSpot). Regularly engaging with potential customers who have expressed interest but haven't finalized their purchase yet. Liaising closely with the lead generation and wider marketing teams to ensure any inbound leads are sent to the correct sales colleagues. Additionally, you'll assist with various tasks as needed. What You'll Bring: Comfortable working in a high-volume, target-focused environment. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Collaborative mindset: ability to work with colleagues in the wider sales team and across different business functions. We value an analytical mindset and a data-driven approach, along with the ability to make thoughtful decisions when assessing leads and carrying out follow-up actions. Excellent prioritization skills, ability to manage numerous leads and requests in a timely manner. Desired Experience: Prior experience of working in an outbound sales role. Experience of working in a SaaS/telecoms environment. Knowledge of a sales CRM system
