2-Year Analyst, Institutional Sales
The Carlyle Group seeks to hire a 2-Year Analyst to support our fundraising and investor relations efforts. In this role, you will provide strategic sales support to our top-performing relationship management teams, who fundraise across all three of Carlyle's investment segments
Global Private Equity, Global Private Credit, and Investment Solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience at a global investment firm, working alongside industry leading professionals. You will play a critical role in driving Carlyle's capital-raising success, supporting fundraising strategy, streamlining processes, and ensuring the seamless execution of investor outreach initiatives. The qualifications include: Bachelor's degree required 0-2 years of prior experience in Investor Relations or Financial Services A passion for finance, sales, and relationship management in a high-energy environment Strong interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team while taking ownership of individual projects and initiatives Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills Understanding of financial markets, alternative investments, and portfolio construction Critical thinker with strong analytical skills A self-starter mentality with a hunger to learn and grow in the alternative investments space Ability to translate complex financial concepts into compelling client conversations Team-oriented with a strong sense of accountability, responsiveness, and follow-through Thoughtful and client-savvy, able to understand nuances of Sales/LP lifecycle Proactive with the ability to handle projects with minimal training or oversight Resourceful and highly adaptable Good judgement Advanced Microsoft Office skills The compensation range for this role is specific to New York, NY, and takes into account a wide range of factors including but not limited to the skill sets required/preferred; prior experience and training; licenses and/or certifications. The anticipated base salary range for this role is $90,000. In addition to the base salary, the hired professional will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package spanning retirement benefits, health insurance, life insurance and disability, paid time off, paid holidays, family planning benefits, and various wellness programs. Additionally, the hired professional may also be eligible to participate in an annual discretionary incentive program, the award of which will be dependent on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
