Junior Varsity Boys Golf Coach
Successful coaching experience, preferably at the high school level. Alternate qualifications may be considered. Meet requirements for a background check and fingerprinting. Background that includes high level of golf knowledge. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of best practices in coaching. Experience working as part of a collaborative team. A successful candidate will be able to: Relate to and instruct student athletes in large groups, small groups, and individualized settings. Develop and use strategies to improve individual and team play. Ability to encourage student participation in the sport. Ability to work cooperatively with administration and staff. Work with other coaches by supporting and encouraging student participate in other sports. Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure student success and a positive school climate. Salary: As per negotiated district contract.
