Esports/Weight Room (ESS Position) Required Qualifications: Meet requirements for a background check and fingerprinting. Ability to enforce school rules with dignity and respect. Ability to work with high school students. Job Requirements, Knowledge, and Skills: Basic working knowledge of weight-room equipment and/or esports equipment. Must be available during after-school and weekend hours for 16
24 hours per week. Ability to work collaboratively with administrators, colleagues, students, and parents. Effectively supervised students, ensuring their safety in designated areas. A Successful Candidate Will Be Able To: Monitor the weight room and/or esports lab. Check students in and out of designated areas. Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents. Perform basic cleaning and organizing tasks. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
