Trofholz Technologies wants a highly skilled Electronic Security (ESS) Lead Technician - Lenel Specialist - to support premier clients, including SMUD and NIWC Atlantic. This role demands a seasoned professional with deep experience in Genetec video surveillance and access control systems. directly supporting mission-critical systems A leadership team that invests in your success As a Site Lead, you'll take ownership of security system installations, lead technical crews, and collaborate closely with Project Managers. You'll be the key to ensuring high-quality, on-time, and within-budget project execution. Responsibilities: Leading installation crews on-site and overseeing day-to-day build operations Managing scheduling, materials, and tool readiness in coordination with Project Managers Ensuring compliance with safety, technical, and project specifications Programming and installing intrusion detection, access control, CCTV, VMS, and other integrated security systems Tracking project milestones and providing regular status updates Maintaining strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders Traveling as needed and working flexible shifts Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class physical security solutions Requirements: Associate's degree or equivalent, with relevant training certifications Candidates must hold active certifications from at least two of the following LenelS2 certification tracks: LenelS2 Core Certification (formerly known as Lenel Certified Associate
LCA) LenelS2 Professional Certification (formerly Lenel Certified Professional
LCP) LenelS2 Expert Certification (formerly Lenel Certified Expert
