We are currently seeking a Senior TADSS Operator to support institutional and professional military education programs at Fort Sill, Oklahoma. In this role, you will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and support of ADA Training Aids, Devices, Simulators, and Simulations (TADSS). You will directly support U.S. and international military students and ensure all TADSS systems are aligned with Army Programs of Instruction (POIs), mission-ready, and fully integrated into classroom and field environments. This is a mission-critical position that blends hands-on simulation system support with technical diagnostics and instructional alignment, contributing to the operational readiness of the ADA force. Key responsibilities include: System Operation & Training Support Software, Network & System Support Documentation & Reporting Minimum qualifications: Active SECRET security clearance required. Current CompTIA Security+ certification (DoD 8570 compliant) required and must remain valid throughout employment. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical certifications or coursework preferred. Experience requirements: Graduate of any ADA MOS-producing course OR Minimum 2 years of air and missile defense experience, OR Minimum 1 year of experience operating ADA TADSS. Familiarity with ADA weapon systems such as Patriot, THAAD, or SHORAD. Experience working across Microsoft and Linux platforms. Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical documentation and perform fault diagnostics.
