Vision IT is currently seeking a TADSS Operator/Contract Project Lead at Fort Sill, Oklahoma to support U.S. Army Air Defense Artillery (ADA) training operations. This position requires experience operating and maintaining Training Aids, Devices, Simulators, and Simulations (TADSS), leading contractor staff, and ensuring Army training objectives are consistently met through technical and operational excellence. Essential Job Duties

Provide senior-level oversight of TADSS Operator activities, including training support, certification tracking, and Government coordination. Ensure team compliance with Army Programs of Instruction (POIs), simulation system operations, and course-specific requirements. Serve as the primary interface with the Contracting Officers Representative (COR), managing team assignments, documentation, and performance reporting. Operate and maintain ADA TADSS equipment, systems, and software platforms. Install, configure, and troubleshoot TADSS-related software and networking systems (Windows and Linux-based). Deliver hands-on technical support to U.S. and international military students participating in institutional and professional military education (PME). Monitor and document daily system readiness; perform diagnostics, fault isolation, and system integration tasks. Assist with software change implementations and oversee related validation efforts. Ensure TADSS scenarios are aligned with course objectives and instructor directives. Coordinate surge staffing, substitutions, and change management across the operator staff. Lead internal audits to confirm compliance, training continuity, and service quality. Minimum Requirements

Active SECRET clearance Graduate of an ADA MOS-producing course, OR Minimum 2 years of Air and Missile Defense experience, OR Minimum 1 year operating ADA TADSS systems Familiarity with ADA systems such as Patriot, THAAD, or SHORAD Proficiency with Microsoft and Linux operating systems Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics Minimum 1 year of experience in a lead/supervisory role Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required CompTIA Security+ certification (DoD 8570 compliant) with current expiration date Key Skills
