Assesses and analyzes current practices and industry trends, designs new projects and programs, and prepares technical reports. Performs data discovery, analysis, and modeling and creates visualizations. Writes business documents and assists with project management for selected projects.Essential Functions •Supports business operations by analyzing routine requirements. •Assesses current practices, collects information, and analyzes industry trends to determine organizational objectives. •Designs new projects and programs by analyzing clients' requirements. •Prepares technical reports by analyzing and summarizing the information and trends. •Gathers and analyzes data for potential growth. Identifies business opportunities. •Assists with project management for selected projects. Tests business processes and recommend improvements. •Writes clear and well-structured business requirements/documents. •Creates reports, dashboards, and visualizations to understand business performance. Develops and maintains reporting tools. •Performs data discovery, analysis, and modeling. Physical Effort Little physical effort required. Duties are primarily sedentary. May be required to move objects up to 25 pounds occasionally.
