Whether you're working a booth, speaking on stage, or managing virtual exposure, you're all about making sure the right people hear the HighLevel story Strategic Event Sourcing & Sponsorship Negotiation

Own the top-of-funnel relationship for all external events HighLevel may sponsor. Proactively build and manage a pipeline of event organizers and industry conferences aligned with HighLevel's brand, audience, and growth goals. Negotiate sponsorship terms, speaking opportunities, and HighLevel's overall involvementensuring alignment with lead generation, affiliate growth, and brand visibility targets. Partnership Relationship Management

Be the go-to contact for event hosts and sponsors through the negotiation and deal-close phase. Collaborate with HighLevel's internal coordinator and marketing resources to transition events from "signed" to "executed." Develop long-term relationships with key event partners to maximize repeat opportunities and increase our brand footprint. On-the-Ground Presence

Attend top-tier events and conferences in person to represent HighLevel at the booth. Engage attendees and answer basic platform and/or company questions. Speak on stage when required, delivering pre-approved HighLevel presentations that educate and inspire. Support virtual events where needed, ensuring brand consistency and active engagement with digital audiences. Calendar & Impact Reporting

Build and maintain a structured calendar of all planned sponsored events. Track performance metrics and outcomes (leads generated, affiliate signups, audience reach, etc.). Deliver insights and recommendations to continuously improve event selection and performance. Collaboration & Communication

Partner closely with the Events, Affiliate, and Marketing teams to ensure aligned execution. Ensure timely asset delivery, promotional coordination, and internal awareness of all upcoming sponsorships. Work with designers, content producers, and email/social teams to prepare both physical and virtual materials for each event. What You'll Bring

8+ years of experience in event partnerships, sponsorships, or business development (SaaS/tech strongly preferred) Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Experience leading and mentoring team members, contractors, or agency partners to drive high-quality event execution Proven track record of building B2B event pipelines, negotiating sponsorship packages, and delivering brand-forward activations Strong communicator and confident networker with experience speaking on stage or at industry events Highly organized with experience managing calendars, CRM/lead tracking, and event impact reporting Familiar with tools like HighLevel (bonus!), HubSpot/Salesforce, Asana/Trello, and event marketing platforms A passion for brand-building, strategic growth, and showing up where the audience already is Success Looks Like:
