About the Role
We're looking for a strategic, hands-on SMB Sales Manager to lead a team of Junior Account Executives working on the frontlines of our growth engine. The team focuses on qualifying inbound demand, driving outbound pipeline, and expanding within SMB accountsand we're just getting started. If you're passionate about coaching talent, scaling process, and owning top-of-funnel results, this role is for you. What You'll Be Doing
Lead Inbound & Outbound Pipeline Generation
Own the team's motion across both inbound responsiveness and outbound prospecting.
Ensure fast, consultative follow-up on leads while driving outbound rigor to surface new opportunities in high-potential SMB segments. Coach and Uplevel Junior Account Executives
Provide structured, hands-on coaching to help early-career reps excel in qualification, discovery, and deal progression.
Build a strong bench of future AEs through consistent feedback, skill-building, and growth plans. Refine and Scale Sales Processes
Optimize workflows, playbooks, and tooling to support high-volume sales activity.
Leverage automation and CRM discipline to help reps stay focused on what matters mostcustomer conversations and pipeline creation. What You Bring
24 years of experience managing B2B SaaS sales or SDR/BDR teams, ideally in an SMB environment
Demonstrated ability to coach and grow early-career talent into high-performing reps
Strong command of both inbound lead conversion and outbound pipeline creation strategies
Analytical and process-driven mindset, with fluency in tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong
