We're looking for a senior operations manager to lead our deposit product operations and oversee customer service. You will be working with engineering, compliance, and product. You are hands-on, data driven, and a systems thinker. The Aven operations team is disciplined, efficient, and tenacious. We value resilience, hard work, and execution. You will be working with other senior managers, engineering, product, the executive team, reporting to the head of origination operations. Responsibilities
Working with a bank partner to set up and operate a deposit program Experience in developing and managing procedures to handle deposit account onboarding Experience in Reg E disputes, procedures, as well as complaints handling Managing processes, dashboards using google sheets, snowflake, SQL, zapier, other operations tooling Building new systems with engineering, product, credit to augment our industry leading systems Work with our fraud operations manager to ensure compliance of BSA/AML/KYC/OFAC regulations Work closely with engineers and data scientists to deliver system and product improvement Qualification
Strong understanding of regulatory framework for deposit accounts (incl. BSA/AML/OFAC, GLBA, Reg E/DD, TISA) Structured communication and problem-solving skills Depth in data driven decision making, proficiency in excel, with some background in SQL Bachelor's Degree - preferably in finance, economics, or engineering, or similar Aven is a proud Equal Opportunity Employer.
