Lead and manage the Quality Assurance (QA) Department. Ensure product quality by developing, assessing, and improving manufacturing processes in our production centers. Partner with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. Contribute to new product development and enhance existing production processes. Uphold company quality standards and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 audit requirements. Champion quality initiatives across the organization. Manage PPAP submissions and ensure alignment with customer quality expectations. Oversee manufacturing operations to verify product quality. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to refine product quality and process methodologies.
