As a Project Manager at Ford AV, you will oversee the full life cycle of your assigned jobs, ensuring success from initiation to closeout. Lead your team: Mentor Job Superintendents, Installation Technicians, and Engineers to achieve project goals. Drive project success: Oversee all aspects of project execution, including safety, specifications, budget, schedule, and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with Sales or Estimating Teams: Support the pre-sale phase by providing estimation reviews, whether through direct sales collaboration or bid-driven opportunities. Deliver results: Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and exceed customer expectations. Qualifications: Hands-on experience in construction, A/V, or engineering. Strong skills in leadership, communication (oral and written), time management, and problem solving. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and project management software.
