Head Of Talent Management
LaSalle Network is hiring on behalf of a global leader in food manufacturing in Chicago, seeking a Head Of Talent Management due to a promotion. The Head Of Talent Management will have the opportunity to partner directly with business leaders across the organization to implement talent strategy across all manufacturing and corporate locations. This individual will drive transformational programs and processes, aligning talent management strategies with organizational values. Head Of Talent Management Responsibilities: Develop a performance management system for managing performance that fosters a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring feedback is impactful and supports growth for all team members. Lead and manage talent review and performance management initiatives, ensuring they're in sync with organizational goals and contribute to an inclusive, collaborative culture. Create pathways and strategies for employees to advance their careers, enhancing skills, contributing meaningfully, and building rewarding careers within the company. Evaluate talent gaps and craft a succession planning framework to ensure a strong pipeline of future leaders. Leverage talent data and emerging trends to deliver actionable insights, supporting informed decisions and highlighting future talent needs. Champion a culture of high performance by aligning talent initiatives with company values, establishing leadership behaviors that reflect those values, and ensuring an exceptional employee experience that drives retention and engagement. Head Of Talent Management Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related discipline; Master's degree or comparable experience is a plus. 10+ years of human resources experience. 8+ years of proven experience in talent management and organizational development. Manufacturing or CPG experience highly preferred. Demonstrated success in designing and delivering transformative talent initiatives aligned with business goals. Change management experience. Proven ability to inspire and lead teams across diverse levels of the organization. Skilled in analyzing talent data and trends to support strategic planning. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). This role offers a competitive pay and a flexible, hybrid working model. This position requires up to 20% domestic travel.
