Position Summary: To provide quality case management and psychotherapeutic services to patients and their families. Leads patient groups and documents notes which clearly explain patient's participation and progress. Serve as a member of the interdisciplinary team supporting the organization's treatment program and philosophy. Experience: Clinical experience in an inpatient and outpatient mental health setting preferred. Possess general knowledge of all areas of psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment. Age-Specific Competencies: Adult Licensure/Certification: CPR and CPI certification training provided upon hire. Must possess current state licensure and/or certification to work in IOP/PHP Program. Other: Ability to relate well with treatment professionals; Ability to mobilize and coordinate staff resources; skills in dealing courteously with the public and individuals within the organization and counseling centers; organizational skills; ability to keep information highly confidential; ability to meet deadlines; basic data entry skills preferred; time management skills. HIPAA: Has access to and adds information to the Medical Record. May only access medical record of assigned patients.
