The Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Programs and Operations Manager to support the Executive Director of DEI. This position plays a critical role in advancing the university's DEI goals by overseeing administrative operations, managing cross-campus initiatives, developing budgets, and building partnerships across the institution and broader community. The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience, financial acumen, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. This role serves as a central hub for the coordination and implementation of DEI programs. Responsibilities include managing multi-source budgets, facilitating campus-wide partnerships, preparing reports and forecasts, and resolving logistical or compliance issues. The manager will also coordinate internal communications and serve as a liaison to both campus and community stakeholders. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of related work experience; OR Master's Degree and one (1) year of related work experience. Related Experience:
Project management, program administration, business operations, public administration, fiscal management or related disciplines Schedule or Travel Occasional travel may be required Variable work schedule, with some evening or weekend commitments based on event or project needs.
