Capabilities Integrator And Strategic Advisor
WiSC Enterprises is seeking a senior-level Capabilities Integrator and Strategic Advisor to support the development, evaluation, and oversight of emerging technologies and performance initiatives across complex technical and operational environments. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in governance, AI integration, data analysis, and enterprise performance measurement, along with a proven background in military, interagency, and multinational coordination. Responsibilities
Lead evaluations of organizational processes and governance frameworks related to emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and computer vision (CV). Review and interpret policy and strategy directives to assess impacts on integration and operationalization of technical capabilities. Provide strategic analysis and visualization of performance metrics to support senior leadership decision-making. Assist in the development and analysis of enterprise-wide performance measures, program health indicators, and strategic goal alignment. Support cross-functional planning, requirements definition, systems integration, and transition-to-operations activities throughout the lifecycle of complex systems and initiatives. Collaborate with stakeholders across organizational and international boundaries to drive unified governance and technology adoption strategies. Develop and support briefings, policy documents, talking points, and executive-level reports. Required Qualifications
Master's degree in National Security Strategy, Administration, or a related technical/policy field. 20+ years of experience in military, interagency, or enterprise program leadership roles. Demonstrated expertise in strategic integration, governance, and performance management. Strong communication skills and experience supporting executive leadership in high-stakes environments. Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across technical, policy, and operational domains. Desired Qualifications
Certification in performance management (e.g., PuMP) or similar strategic planning frameworks. Experience with AI/ML technologies, data visualization, or technical integration efforts. Background in multinational organizations or joint military operations. Prior service as a planner, program manager, or policy advisor at the enterprise level.
