The ADP Pricing and Estimating Organization is seeking a dynamic leader with a growth mindset to lead a team of pricing analysts in developing Engineering Change Proposals (ECP's), competitive new business offers, and sole source proposals for various ADP programs. This manager will establish and implement strategic plans for developing proposals in accordance with customer Request For Proposal (RFP) specifications; Direct research and analysis of historical data, development of cost models to support proposal efforts; Monitor the coordination of activities and participation in fact-finding meetings; Participate in should-cost and pricing reviews with management; Participate as a key member of the contract negotiating team; Provide training and mentoring to all levels of pricing analysts to ensure organizational capabilities are met and individual growth is accelerated; Create and support a culture where staff is encouraged to Bring It and Be Courageous. Developing relationships is critical to the success of this role, and an ideal candidate will be committed to LM's Full Spectrum Leadership imperatives and have a proven history of building effective relationships with other departments and customers. Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. Must be able to obtain and maintain special access program clearance. Candidate MUST be able to obtain AND maintain active Top Secret clearance. Basic Qualifications: Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or combined degree and experience Experience in Estimating/Finance/Business Operations function Experience reviewing estimates/proposals for compliance with RFP, FAR and internal processes. Experience training, leading, and directing. Desired Skills: Masters Degree Preferred 10+ Years of experience in Estimating/Finance/Business operations function Experience with LM Aeronautics proposal tool APTS, or similar proposal development tools. Experience with developing estimates & pricing within a DOD environment to ensure ROM proposals naturally flow into FIRM proposals. Experience with Business Case Analyses, Business Capture with Government and/or International/Commercial Contracts, working with policy pricing, proposal strategy, and other non-standard pricing scenarios. Experience with ProPricer pricing system Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Clearance Level: Top Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years. Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $106,100 - $187,105. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
