Are you ready to be the driving force behind seamless service for our valued customers? As a Mobile Service Advisor, you'll be at the heart of communication, coordinating service and repair activities for vehicles wherever our customers need uswhether at their home, workplace, or another location. This position offers the opportunity to work Part-Time or Full-Time! The compensation range will be $14-$15 based on experience! What You'll Do: Be the primary contact between customers and technicians, ensuring smooth communication and top-notch service. Listen to customer concerns, arrange necessary repairs, and handle vehicle pick-up and delivery logistics. Provide clear, expert recommendations on required repairs and maintenance, keeping customers informed and confident. What We're Looking For: A high school diploma or GED and at least one year of experience in a dealership or large service facility. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record. A strong technical background paired with excellent customer service skills. Ford Manufacturer Certification is a plus, but not required. You thrive in a fast-paced team environment, maintain a professional appearance, and have a positive, can-do attitude.
