We especially value educators who: Believe every child can excel when held to high expectations Know that play, creativity, and exploration are essential to learning Enjoy working as part of a supportive team Are flexible, reflective, and open to new ideas Have strong classroom management and communication skills In this role, you will: Implement lesson plans aligned with our curriculum and the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS) Deliver engaging instruction across core subjects Use your experience to find strategies that help students grow Analyze student progress and adjust instruction to meet individual needs Create a positive, structured classroom environment where students feel respected and motivated Balance rigorous academics with opportunities for play and exploration Collaborate with colleagues and special education staff to support all learners Communicate regularly with families about student progress Participate in professional development, coaching, and school events Bachelor's degree (required) Texas teaching certificate (preferred but not required) At least one year of successful teaching experience is strongly preferred We prioritize candidates who can show evidence of student success (for example, achievement data, portfolios, or recommendation letters) Commitment to ongoing professional growth Competitive salary based on experience and demonstrated results Sign-on bonuses and stipends are available for teachers who can show a track record of student success For experienced teachers: student achievement data or other evidence For new teachers: portfolios, student work samples, or strong recommendations Comprehensive health insurance options Retirement plan participation Weekly coaching and professional development A supportive, collaborative staff 20252026 school year At Prelude Prep, we model and teach: Excellence Determination Respect We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
