Position Overview - Nursing Home Administrator Responsibilities: Plan, organize, staff, direct, and coordinate daily operations of the nursing facility to ensure high-quality care Maintain compliance with all
federal, state, and local laws
and
long-term care regulations Lead and support all departments, ensuring staff performance aligns with Luxor standards and
healthcare best practices Promote a positive and collaborative culture focused on resident satisfaction, employee engagement, and operational excellence Ensure policies and procedures are followed in accordance with
SNF ,
Medicare/Medicaid , and company guidelines Qualifications - What We're Looking For:
Licensure : Must hold a current, unencumbered
Nursing Facility Administrator's License in the State of Missouri Education : At minimum, a
Bachelor's degree
from an accredited college or university (preferred emphasis in Healthcare Administration or related field);
Master's degree
is preferred Proven experience leading a
Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
or
long-term care facility Strong leadership, communication, and operational skills with a deep understanding of
nursing home regulations , compliance, and team development
