We have partnered with a global professional services firm to identify an experienced Executive Assistant to join their Enterprise Support Services (ESS) team. In this role, you will provide executive-level administrative, operational, and project support to multiple senior leaders within the organization. You will serve as a strategic partner, managing shifting priorities and ensuring all administrative needs are anticipated and executed with precision. This highly visible position plays a critical role in supporting leaders' day-to-day activities, special initiatives, and firm-wide objectives. Key Responsibilities
Manage complex and frequently changing calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements Coordinate high-level meetings, conferences, and events (domestic/international) Maintain discretion while handling confidential and sensitive information Act as liaison between senior leaders and internal/external stakeholders Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials using advanced MS Office skills Support executive projects including budgeting, reporting, and operational tracking Draft, edit, and format business correspondence and documentation Maintain and track action items and follow-ups from leadership meetings Analyze administrative processes and propose improvements to increase efficiency Provide insight and strategic coordination to ensure alignment with business goals Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience At least 57 years supporting senior-level leadership in a corporate or professional services environment Strong communication and relationship-building skills at all levels Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities independently Demonstrated ability to maintain discretion and handle sensitive information with care Must be flexible to work overtime or travel based on executive needs If this opportunity aligns with your experience apply today!
