Gap Analyst
The Gap Analyst is responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and processing claims to ensure that all required documentation is compliant with contract terms. This role involves evaluating claim files, identifying discrepancies or missing information, and coordinating with dealerships, lenders, and customers to facilitate accurate and timely claim resolution. The Gap Analyst ensures that all claims are managed in accordance with company policies, contractual obligations, and regulatory guidelines. Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and familiarity with financial and insurance documentation are essential for success in this role. Responsibilities include: Providing efficient and courteous service to internal business partners and external customers for resolution of gap benefit. Sending correspondence, managing, and ensuring appropriate follow up. Maintaining accuracy of diaries, emails, and voicemails within company timeframes. Entering claims information into database system. Providing information regarding benefits, coverage, payment, policies, and procedures via telephone calls. Gathering and assembling pertinent claim information by contacting lenders, auto dealers, borrowers, and/or agents and ensuring the completeness and accuracy of documentation for benefit processing. Requesting additional documents to assist in the determination of a claim as assigned by the Claims Adjuster.
