Supplier Relations Administrator Our client in Saline, MI is looking for a Supplier Relations Administrator. This is a contract position. What You Will Do: Reporting to the Supplier Relations Senior Manager, the Administrator will play a crucial role in maintaining various administrative functions within the organization, particularly focusing on the BAMA (Business Association of Manufacturers and Associates) membership and Purchasing Supplier Development Knowledge Management. Key responsibilities include: BAMA National Meeting Management: Create and manage the National Meeting website using CVENT, issue invitations, track registrations, and develop and distribute post-event surveys. BAMA Membership Renewal Management: Issue and track Statement of Commitment (SOC) submissions for membership renewals and manage invoices for annual dues payments. BAMA Supplier KPI Tracking: Monitor supplier Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and issue scorecards three times a year. BAMA Membership Customer Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for BAMA members, handling new member applications, communicating changes with regional leads, addressing general inquiries, updating region worksheets, and maintaining the support mailbox. PSD VSPP Coordination: Answer inquiries from PSD and suppliers, obtain executive approval for VPP, and coordinate with Vehicle Services. Knowledge Management Support: Manage training room scheduling, track training facilitator changes and training attendance. Other duties as specified by Senior Manager. Basics: Associate degree or commensurate experience in administrative roles, preferably in a membership or event management context. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred: CVENT knowledge.
