Events/Supplier Relations Administrator

The Supplier Relations Administrator will be integral to maintaining administrative functions within the organization, with a focus on BAMA membership and purchasing supplier development knowledge management. The role involves creating and managing the National Meeting website, tracking registrations, and developing post-event surveys. Additionally, the Administrator will issue and manage membership renewals and invoices, monitor supplier KPIs, and provide customer support to BAMA members. Responsibilities

Create and manage the National Meeting website using CVENT, issue invitations, and track registrations. Develop and distribute post-event surveys for the National Meeting. Issue and track Statement of Commitment submissions for membership renewals. Manage invoices for annual dues payments. Monitor supplier Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and issue scorecards three times a year. Serve as the primary contact for BAMA members, handling new member applications and general inquiries. Communicate changes with regional leads and update region worksheets. Maintain the support mailbox for BAMA Membership Customer Support. Answer inquiries from PSD and suppliers and obtain executive approval for VPP coordination. Manage training room scheduling and track training facilitator changes and attendance. Perform other duties as specified by the Senior Manager. Essential Skills

Experience in administrative support and data entry. Strong customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Knowledge of CVENT is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Additional Skills & Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent experience in administrative roles, preferably in membership or event management. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
