Program Manager
North South Consulting Group is seeking a Program Manager to lead the strategic and day-to-day operations of a contract providing psychological healthcare support to service members as they leave the military. This position is pivotal in coordinating teams across the program while managing program objectives and liaising with Defense Health Agency (DHA) officials as needed. Key Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of contract execution, ensuring compliance with DHA requirements. Serve as the primary point of contact between the contractor and the Government. Lead and manage cross-functional teams including coaches, analysts, and IT support. Develop and maintain project timelines, performance metrics, and quality assurance protocols. Attend and contribute to government meetings and briefings as required. Provide regular program updates and risk assessments to stakeholders. Ensure smooth transition-in and transition-out activities according to contract requirements. Required Qualifications
Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification in project/healthcare management. Master's degree in mental health, healthcare administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of project/program management experience in mental health or equivalent leadership. Demonstrated experience managing complex healthcare programs and large teams. Familiarity with DoD contracts, policies, and procedures. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. U.S. Citizenship Desired Qualifications
Previous experience supporting DHA or VA programs. Knowledge of TRICARE, and military behavioral health systems. Experience with telehealth, crisis intervention protocols, and HIPAA compliance. This role is contingent on contract award.
