Creative Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to support the creative and marketing teams with strong work plan development and project management skills. The Creative Project Manager will serve as the liaison between the marketing team and the creative team and be responsible for managing all creative projects. They will also prepare and present regular updates to relevant management channels, ensuring that our teams are on task, on time and on budget. If you are detail-oriented, have the ability to oversee multiple projects at once, and interested in supporting a rapidly growing brand in a fast-paced environment, we would love to meet you. Responsibilities: Manage full lifecycle of all creative projects from intake to final asset delivery, ensuring projects stay on task, time, and budget Build and maintain project timelines, workflows, and scopes Translate creative briefs into actionable project plans with clear milestones and deliverables Serve as the primary point of contact between creative teams and stakeholders across the organization Assign and monitor internal and external resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables Hold project contributors accountable to deadlines & deliverables Communicate progress regularly across teams and escalate risks or roadblocks proactively Support product go-to-market process Maintain project management tools to track tasks, priorities, and overall status Maintain high-level visibility of all projects and communicate updates cross-functionally as needed Coordinate with vendors and partners to continue to move projects forward Photoshoots, print projects, collaborations, etc. Identify process improvements and recommend efficiencies across project workflows Must Haves: 3+ years of experience managing creative or marketing projects Proven track record of success in overseeing multiple projects and project calendars Experience working with all levels of an organization; strong ability to "manage up" Exceptionally detail-oriented, with excellent organization, communication, and project planning skills, with a sharp attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent presentation skills Thrives in cross-functional, multi-disciplinary team structures, with proven success working with all levels of management Desire to work in a fast-growing company with a passionate team Ability to foresee and prevent project roadblocks Solution-oriented problem solver Ability to coordinate multiple projects within a fast-paced environment Proficiency with project management tools, Asana a plus Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Work Location: ROKA is located in Austin, TX, USA. The Company is on a hybrid work schedule. Candidates must be prepared to work on-site as often as needed per the Department's business needs. Remote candidates will not be considered for this position.
