Position Responsibilities: This position reports to the Global Controller and is responsible for ensuring the integrity of our financial statements, including the timely and accurate submission of monthly results in compliance with US GAAP, as well as maintaining all aspects of our control environment worldwide. We are seeking a hands-on leader responsible for accounting close of the headquarters entity, global consolidation activities, and prioritizing initiatives with the regional controllership staff to drive global initiatives. The Global Controllership team also provides support to the regions as needed. The ideal candidate will exhibit the highest degree of ethics, a bias for action, and organizational aptitude via working seamlessly across cultures in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment. Leadership Capabilities The Global Accounting Senior Manager will have a reputation for technical and financial acumen, integrity, data-driven decision-making, and effective communication, collaboration, and team leadership. Qualification Requirements: Minimum BS in Accounting, Finance, or other related discipline; MBA or Master of Accounting preferred. CPA certification required. CMA is a plus. Exemplary knowledge of US GAAP, internal controls, and both management and financial accounting. 8+ years' experience in professional accounting with proven technical expertise and leadership in driving efficient US GAAP and management reporting, including operational finance. Public accounting experience required. Industry experience in manufacturing preferred. Experience with Oracle R/12 or other modern ERP, OneStream or another modern EPM/consolidation tool. Ability to travel up to 25%, domestically and abroad, and to work varied or extended hours to accommodate time zones.
