Are you a strategic leader with a passion for sales, forecasting, and team development? Join Hitachi Energy as our Demand Team Manager
Transformer Components and take the lead in driving order growth and building a robust pipeline for our Insulation and Components business across North America. In this role, you'll oversee a team of sales, business development, and technical sales professionals, managing the full sales process from opportunity identification to order booking. You'll also lead demand planning efforts to ensure accurate forecasting and alignment with operational goals. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
