Our mission is to empower legal, procurement, and business teams with AI tools that radically improve speed, accuracy, efficiency, and intelligence in the contract lifecycle. We believe the future of go-to-market is AI-native. That's why we're hiring a Revenue Operations Leader to build the next-generation operating system for our GTM teams. What You'll Do
Redesign the GTM operating model: Identify and eliminate outdated workflows; build new ones powered by AI agents, automation, and async tooling. Deploy scalable RevOps infrastructure: Build lean systems for forecasting, attribution, capacity planning, and comp trackingwithout legacy bloat. Implement agentic support systems: Use LLMs and AI copilots to support reps in deal execution, follow-ups, and data hygiene. Be the connective tissue between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Successensuring the right data flows into the right hands at the right time. Own the GTM stack: Evaluate and manage tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Default, Dock and any AI-native platforms you bring into the mix. Instrument what matters: Build KPIs and dashboards focused on pipeline health, sales efficiency, marketing performance, and revenue predictability. What You Bring
Passion for and expertise in AI and a vision for what RevOps looks like in an automated future Have the mindset of a product manager and growth hacker. Strong working knowledge of AI tools, agents, and automation platforms Familiarity with modern GTM stacks (Salesforce, Gong, HubSpot, etc.) Experience deploying RevOps systems that scalewithout bloating headcount or tech debt Strategic mindset, but willing to roll up sleeves to build and optimize workflows Passion for AI and a vision for what RevOps looks like in an automated future Why Join Us
