Customer Support Representative
This client is located in Schaumburg, IL and will be fully onsite. Needing to interview and start someone asap! This is not a high call volume position, this is a HEAVY email and HEAVY case resolution role and customer service position! This opening is on the Customer Support team, they support the account managers who manage the fleet Assist with ordering vehicles, assist with anything customer service related, For example, "my vehicle has been impounded". It's this customer service reps job to help the drivers and educate them on the service that they need in the future This position requires attention to detail and research, you have to research to find the solution. Must be able to think outside of the box and problem solve. Lots of internal communication with various departments at Wheels Utilize MS teams daily and communication often with internal and external customers Answer a high volume of customer emails and case management within SalesForce Must be comfortable making outbound follow up calls to customers Multi-task and @type customer information into the system while speaking with them Use a CRM SalesForce to manage cases and follow up with customers Skills customer service, data entry, customer resolution, email, customer service skills, Microsoft office, Microsoft outlook, excel data entry, excel database, crm system, salesforce.com Additional Skills & Qualifications MUST HAVE: -2+ years of customer service experience (Office) -Strong written and email communication -Proficiency in the English language and ability to relay communications with properly formed (grammatically) sentences -Strong computer savvy skills (Will work in multiple databases and monitors) -Proficient with computers and MS office suite, including Outlook, Word and Excel (Basic data entry, copy and paste) -Basic Excel (Ability and willingness to learn it) Strong Typing Skills - typing test required for submittal min 40 wpm -Achieved a HS Diploma Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00/hr.
