Situated on a 14-acre campus, services are available at all levels of care (inpatient, day or partial hospitalization, outpatient, and intensive outpatient). River Oaks Hospital is seeking a dynamic and talented Admissions Nurse. This full-time opportunity in the Admissions department will support the purpose and procedures of the entire intake and admission process. Promotes patient care consistent with the philosophy and objectives of River Oaks Hospital. Performs duties in accordance with the ANA Standards of Practice for Psychiatric Mental Health Care, and facility mission, values, policies, and behavioral standards. Qualifications: Admissions Registered Nurse (RN/LPN) Job Requirements: Current license to practice nursing in LA (RN or LPN) Current CPR or BLS certification Computer proficient with previous heavy data entry experience Experience in inpatient setting preferred, Admissions experience a plus!
