High-impact role working with executives, field staff, and global stakeholders Opportunity to shape strategy for ERP transformation, training, communications, and user adoption Collaborative culture where your ideas and influence matter Professional development working with external partners, PMOs, and global teams Your Role & Responsibilities Apply structured change methodology to develop and execute change plans Lead stakeholder communications, impact assessments, and readiness planning Design, develop, and deliver training to build organizational capabilities Drive leadership alignment and engagement throughout the change journey Manage change activities across multiple external implementation partners Skills & Experience You Should Possess 8+ years in change leadership roles, ideally within ERP/technical implementations Strong communication and influencing skills across all organizational levels Experience delivering change in ambiguous, fast-paced, and global contexts Proficient in change readiness assessments, impact analysis, and stakeholder management Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies Bonus Points If You Have Prior functional or regional change lead experience on ERP programs Experience working across diverse cultural environments Hands-on with knowledge management systems or e-learning platforms Education & Certifications You Need Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Development, or related field (or equivalent experience) Certifications in Change Management (e.g., PROSCI) or Project Management (e.g., PMP, CSM) are beneficial but not required What We Offer At Trissential, we prioritize a people-centered approach.
